Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum services in Bullhead City, AZ. This position offers a great schedule mix of days and call coverage in a collaborative anesthesia care team environment. Coverage begins December 15, 2025, with ongoing dates available through early 2026.

Job Details:

Case Types: Ortho, General Surgery, Outpatient, Light Peds, Vascular, Regional (No OB or Trauma)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
Call: Every 4th night (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM); No weekend call for CRNAs

Dates Coverage Needed:
-Oct 13–17
-Nov 3
-Nov 24–26
-Dec 1–5
-Dec 22–24
-Dec 29–31
-Jan 5, 2026 – ongoing

Support: Supervised Model (Anesthesiologists on-site)
Procedures: Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks (caselogs required for verification)
Number of Providers: 4–5 daily
Number of ORs: 6
EMR System: Medaxion

Requirements:
Active CRNA Certification
Arizona License (or willingness to obtain; IMLC accepted)
BLS/ACLS as applicable
Proficiency in regional anesthesia (spinals, blocks, epidurals) required
Caselog documentation required
