Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide coverage at a hospital in Northern Arizona. This position offers a variety of cases in a collaborative, fast-paced surgical environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 2026
• Contract Length: January 12 – May 10, 2026
• Schedule: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, or 3p–11p (approx. 40 hours/week)
• Coverage Type: Full-time

Work Details
• Patients per Day: 50–60 cases
• Department Description: Case mix includes ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Practice Setting
• Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required (CRNA)
• State License: Must have an active AZ license prior to start (licensing time available)
• Certifications Required: BLS or ACLS
• Case/Procedure Experience: Must have recent hospital-based anesthesia experience
