Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide full-time hospital-based coverage in northern Arizona. This opportunity offers a diverse case mix across multiple surgical specialties in a collaborative environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 2026
• End Date: May 2026
• Schedule: Variable shifts – 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, or 3p–11p
• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Work Details
• Daily Volume: 50–60 cases per day
• Case Types: Ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Practice Setting
• Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: CRNA required
• License: Arizona license required
• DEA/CSR: Not required
• Experience: Recent hospital anesthesia experience required
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS required
