Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide hospital-based anesthesia coverage in northern Arizona. This short-term assignment offers a consistent, structured schedule across December and January in a collaborative and high-volume surgical environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: December 2025
• End Date: January 2026
• Schedule:
 – 12/3–12/5: 7a–7p
 – 12/8–12/12: 3p–11p
 – 12/15–12/17: 7a–7p
 – 12/20–12/21: 7a–7p
 – 12/22–12/26: 3p–11p
 – 12/29–12/31: 7a–7p
 – 1/2, 1/5–1/6, 1/10–1/11: 7a–7p

Work Details
• Daily Volume: 50–60 cases per day
• Case Types: Ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Practice Setting
• Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: CRNA required
• License: Arizona license required
• DEA/CSR: Not required
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS required
• Experience: Must have recent hospital-based anesthesia experience
