Pay: $230/hr + 1.3x OT
Travel & Lodging: Covered
Cases: Ortho, General, Spine, Vascular, Regionals/Blocks
Requirements: Comfortable performing peripheral nerve blocks, 1+ year experience, ACLS/BLS, active AZ license required
