Locum CRNA needed to start as soon as credentialed in Farmington, CT
-Ongoing Assignment
-Preferred Schedule: Rotating with 30 min lunch 7:00a-5:30p 10:30a-9:00p Monday through Friday
-Inpatient ASC
-Administer anesthesia endotracheal tubes, Respirators, Arterial central and peripheral venous lines
-Case Mix: General Surg, Spine, thoracic, robotic; neuro; ENDO, ORTHO, Vascular, OB; No PEDs
-ORs: 12 UT; 5 surgery centers, 4 GI
-EMR: Epic
-MD to CRNA coverage ratio: 1/3 or 1/4
-Care Team approach
-Requirements: CT state license; BC; ACLS, BLS
-Privileging Process: 45-60 days
