We are seeking a skilled Locum CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Gainesville, FL. Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, diagnostic tests, and pain management treatments
Perform pre-anesthetic assessments, including reviewing patient medical history, conducting physical examinations, and evaluating potential risks or complications
Develop and implement an individualized anesthesia plan tailored to each patient's needs and procedure requirements
Monitor patients throughout the anesthesia process, including vital signs, anesthesia depth, and overall patient well-being
Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and complications, taking prompt action to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with the surgical team, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure a coordinated perioperative experience
Utilize the MediTech Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for accurate and timely documentation of anesthesia administration and patient information
Adhere to all relevant safety protocols, infection control measures, and professional standards of practice
Qualifications:
Valid CRNA certification and active Florida state license
Minimum of [X] years of experience as a CRNA, preferably in anesthesiology
