Date Needed: 1/8/26
Contract Length: Single shift ; Potentially more dates throughout 2026
Shift Details: 8 hour shift
Schedule: 7a-3p ; 8 hr GTD

Types of cases: Ortho, Pain, ENT, Podiatry

Work Details:
Support staff: 2 CRNAs, 2-3 Surgeons

Amount of coverage needed per month: Single shift ; Potentially more dates throughout 2026EMR: Paper

Skills required: Ortho Blocks are preferred but not required ; No Podiatry Blocks required

Practice Setting:
Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes
License required: Yes, FL
DEA: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: Client will seek temp privs
All inclusive?: No ; will not cover flights – Only mileage/lodging
