Assignment Details:

- Facility Type: Surgery center
- Coverage Type: PRN locum shifts
- Dates of Coverage: 3/18, 3/19, 3/20, 3/30, and every Friday in April
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
- Shift Length: 8-10 hr. shifts
- Case Types: Primarily urology and orthopedic
- Model: Supervision model
- EMR: Paper charting
- Malpractice provided by Anesthesia OnCall
