• Practice Setting: Level 2 Trauma Center
• Types of Cases: Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, General Surgery, GI, Major vascular, Outpatient surgery, TEE, podiatry, plastics, OMFS, endo, ENT, urology, Spine
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be Board Certified
• PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS and TB Test Required
• DEA Required
• Active FL License Required
