Job description

Location: Boise, ID
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 40hrs/week - mix of 8s, 10s and 12s
Department description: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology.
Types of cases: All cases except OB, Burns, CV, and Transplants. Regional Blocks could need to be performed. Level II Trauma. CRNAs only perform Spinal Blocks, NO regional anesthesia.
License required: Open to licensing.
Credentialing Timeframe: 45+ days
