CRNA needed in Idaho

Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: May 6
Contract Length: 4 weeks
Shift Details: 7a-3p, Mon-Fri
Schedule: May 6 – 16, May 27 - June 7, June 17 – June 21

Work Details:

· Support staff: Directed by a surgeon or supervised by an Anes? How many CRNAs/Anes working with on shift? 2 CRNAs in addition to a CRNA locum

· Patient population/age: average age is over 65
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital bed size: 18
· Trauma: Level IV
· Skills required: General, ortho, ophthalmology, urology, some dental and any OB would be extremely rare (not taking OB right now). May be required to do some work in the ER as needed.

Practice Setting:
· Critical Access Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· State license required: No, as long as can start in time
· Minimum experience required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: as long as the application (including peer reference) is completed can credential in 4 weeks
