Location: Chicago IL
Start Date: 3/24/2024 if licensed - if not licensed then May start
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: M-F either all 10s or all 8s if desired
Open to 2 weeks a month of coverage if needed
Adults only
Cases: Primarily Endo
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
WILL LICENSE
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
