Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for an ongoing assignment at a surgery center in Northeast Illinois, starting May 2026.

Assignment Details
• Contract Length: 13 weeks, ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts per week
• Shift Hours: 7:00a–3:00p
• Call: None
• Weekends: None

Work Details
• Amount of Coverage Needed: Full-time
• Facility Size: 4 ORs
• Supervision: None – must be comfortable working independently
• Case Mix: Cataracts, GI, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Regional anesthesia

Practice Setting
• Surgery Center

Requirements
• License: Active Illinois license required (in hand)
• Travel: Local providers strongly preferred
