Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 7:00 – 3p; OR Monday - Friday 7:00 – 5p. no on call required

Work Details:
• Patients per shift: 3
• Department Description: Cases will depend on provider experience and case load, but typically include General surgery, orthopedic, plastic, ophthalmology, EENT, GI, GYN and urology. Prefer cardiac cath experience.
• EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC
• License Required: Active MN required/Will consider licensing candidates
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS

• Full time or part time options
• No call
• Willing to license
