Facility type: Acute care hospital
Practice model: CRNA independent
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift hours: 7:30am–3:30pm
Call: Weekday night call 3:30pm–11:00pm, weekend call 12 hours 7:00am–7:00pm
OT: Possible after scheduled shift
Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
Cases: General surgery, GYN, ENT, plastics, podiatry, hand, pediatric urology, GI, endoscopy
Coverage: Scheduled plus call required
