As a CRNA, you'll be responsible for the full scope of anesthesia services — from pre-anesthesia assessments to monitoring patients during procedures and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities Include:

Conducting pre-anesthesia evaluations and formulating care plans
Administering general, regional, and local anesthesia
Monitoring patients and adjusting anesthesia delivery as necessary
Managing airways and responding to emergencies
Accurately documenting all anesthesia services
Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members
