Job description
We are seeking a full-time (CRNAs) to provide anesthesia and perioperative care in an Ambulatory Surgery Center setting.
This position is not accepting locums or 1099 candidates, and requires at least 2 years of CRNA work experience(excluding RN experience or training).

Position Details
Role Expected Duties
Administers intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, and medical/dental interventions.
Provides anesthesia care for patients of all ages and A.S.A. classifications, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
Provides airway management services throughout the hospital as needed.
Conducts comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and documents findings.
Develops and manages anesthetic plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists.
Manages preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative anesthesia care.
Maintains accurate documentation of anesthesia records.
Performs airway management and/or intubations in emergency and non-emergent situations.
Interacts with the health care team to coordinate perioperative care.

Work Environment
Work occurs primarily in the operating room but may also involve services in Radiology, ICU, ER, or other perioperative areas as required.
Frequent walking, bending, and lifting may be required.
Exposure to communicable diseases and routine clinical risks may occur.
Depending on assignment, occasional driving may be required.

All offers are contingent upon successful credentialing and privileging.

Credentialing may require up to 90 days before start.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $238,368 annually ($114.60/hour)
Starting Bonus: $20,000

Requirements:
Board Certified by AANA – Required
Active Michigan- RN and CRNA licenses required
