A high-acuity tertiary care hospital in Minnesota is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an ongoing locum assignment starting September 15, 2025. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid orientation, and a collaborative care team model — all within a well-supported hospital environment.

Contract Length: Ongoing

Location: Minnesota (hospital-based)

Practice Setting: Tertiary hospital

EMR: Epic

Patient Population: Ages 12+

🕒 Schedule & Shifts
Shift Lengths Available Start Times Notes
8, 10, 12, 16 hours 6:30 AM Pay begins at clock-in
Minimum Commitment 2 weeks/month, 36 hours/week Required
Call Options 8hr weeknight, 12hr Saturday beeper Optional
Overnight Shifts Weeknight/weekend Optional but preferred

👥 Team & Support
Care Model: 4:1 (MD + CRNAs)

Support Staff: 24/7 Anesthesia Aid Department

Procedures: General anesthesia only — no blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals

💵 Compensation
Hourly Rate
$240/hr (eligible for $10 increase after 6 months)

Orientation 2 days, paid
✅ Requirements
Licensure: MN Registered Nurse + CRNA (Board of Nursing)

Certifications: ACLS & BLS (Tier 2, AHA required)

Experience: Minimum 1 year as CRNA
