New Opportunity Located in Southeast MN with Aya Locums: CRNA

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum assignment at a tertiary care hospital in Southeast Minnesota.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Ongoing (initial 4-month contract)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (minimum 36 hours/week may be considered)
• Shift Details: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available (6:30a–3p, 6:30a–5p, 6:30a–7p)
• Call Requirements: Optional
• 12-hour beeper call on some Saturdays
• 8-hour weeknight call
• Occasional overnight shifts available but not required
• Availability Requirement: Minimum of 2 consecutive weeks per month required for the first 3 months; may transition to every other week thereafter

Work Details
• Support Staff: Care team model (4:1) with 24-hour anesthesia aide support
• Patient Population: Ages 12+
• Department Description: Tertiary care facility providing specialized care
• EMR: Epic
• Procedures: CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals

Requirements
• Licensure: Minnesota RN and CRNA licensure required
• Certifications Required: ACLS and BLS (Tier 2 – Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience required
