Job Overview
The University of Vermont Health Network (CVPH, Alice Hyde Medical Center, and CVPH Ambulatory Surgery Center) is seeking two CRNAs for ongoing full-time locum coverage.

Schedule & Workload
• Primary Site: CVPH
• Secondary Site: (AHMC), Malone, NY (approx. 1 hour from Plattsburgh)
• Work Hours:
o Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
o Occasional extended hours at AHMC until 5:30 PM (6–8 days/month)
o No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Shift Options:
o Full-time or part-time (2–4 shifts/week)
o 8 to 10-hour shifts

Case Load & Procedures
• Average Cases per Day:
o 4–6 (varies by specialty/surgeon)
o 10–12/day for GI endoscopy cases
• Required Specialties:
o Orthopedics
o ENT
o General Surgery
o Gynecology
o Plastics
o Podiatry
o GI Endoscopy
• Not Required:
o Pediatrics
o Obstetrics (rare C-section assistance with anesthesiologist support)

• CRNAs will be supervised
• Anesthesiologists handle blocks
• Flexibility to work primarily at CVPH preferred
