📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: June 2026 (pending credentialing)
🔹 Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital
🔹 Local candidates preferred (within 50 miles of each site)
🔹 Travel allowance provided per shift
🔹 Credentialing timeframe: ~12 weeks

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Coverage across multiple locations: New York City; Brooklyn, White Plains, Cortlandt Manor
🔹 Multiple scheduling options: 1–2 shifts per week (12s, 16s, or 24s), full-time options (4x10s or 4x8s), ECT schedule (Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7a–3p), Friday-only shifts (1p–11p)
🔹 Occasional weekend coverage as needed
🔹 No call required
🔹 Case Mix: ENT, Plastics, General, Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy, EP Lab, high-volume ECT, endoscopy-heavy cases
🔹 Supervision model: Typically 1:3 ratio unless otherwise specified, with some 1:1 care team models
🔹 No OB cases required
🔹 EMR: Epic

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: NBCRNA
🔹 Active, unrestricted New York state license required at time of submission (no licensing available)
🔹 BLS and ACLS certifications required
🔹 Minimum 1+ year CRNA experience preferred
