Job description

Location: Columbus, OH
Start Date: October 9, 2023 ideally but open
Contract Length: 3 or 6 months with option to extend
Shift Details: 10’s and 12’s mainly, may have 14s and 16s at some point
Cases: Endo, General, EP labs, CVIL, OB and it will phase up in acuity
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
T&L covered as well as med mal insur
Rate: $210/hr
