Job description

Our client near Astoria, OR is in need of 4 Locum CRNA's for an ongoing assignment!

Job Details:
*Start Date: January, 2024
*Contract Length: 6 months
*Shift Details: Call 1 in 5- shared equally
*Schedule: 7a-5pm – 5x8’s provider at both locations must be willing to take call and do OB!!!
*EMR: Cerner
*Patients per day: 4-5 cases per day\average
*Skills required: Urology, OB, GA, GYN, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, Endoscopy, Healthy Peds, Pulmonary and limited interventional Radiology. Regional Skills will be put to good use!

Job Requirements:
*Board Certification: yes, required
*OR License - Highly Preferred
*DEA: yes, required
*Certifications required: ACLS
*2 years min experience, no new grads

*Pay rate: W2 - $190; 1099 - $215 per hour
