Job description

- Schedule: July Start; 7a-4p regular day, then call 4p-7a; weekends are 7a-7a call; weekdays have day off when post call
- Coverage Dates: April 2024 for 6 months
- Job Setting: Hospital
- Types of Cases: Bread and Butter Cases
- Patients per day/volume: 6-8
- Support Staff: Independent CRNA practice.
- EMR: EPIC, must be proficient.
- Small facility with 21 total beds; low volume and call is expected to be light
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ Days
- Must Have Active Oregon License
- Must Be Board Certified
