CRNA Needed - Surgery Center - Allentown, PA

Job description

Number of Providers Needed: 1 FT CRNA or 2 PT CRNA’s
Preferred Start-Date: ASAP
Estimated End-Date: Ongoing
Schedule/Shift Times: M-F (5x8’s)
CRNA's will work independently
Types of Cases / Specialty Mix: Primarily ENT and most importantly PED ENT (non-negotiable) 12 mo-16 years, Eyes, Pain, Minor Ortho (1-2 per month), Blocks not required
Number of Cases Per Day: 2-3 rooms per day
Minimum 3-years of experience required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
