Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Full-Time/Part-Time – Hershey, PA

Overview:
We are currently seeking three experienced CRNAs to support a long-term locum tenens opportunity at a respected medical center in Hershey, PA. Providers may apply individually or as part of a group to fill multiple FTEs. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals seeking consistent, long-term assignments with a diverse case mix in a no-call environment.

Schedule & Setting:

Full-time positions available (multiple FTEs)

Outpatient & Inpatient coverage

No call required

Long-term commitment preferred

Case Types:
Wide variety including general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics, endoscopy, NORA, robotic surgery, gynecology, and ENT — excluding cardiac, OB, and regional blocks.

Patient Demographics:

Adults and Pediatrics

Requirements:

Active PA State License (Required)

BLS Certification (Required)

Board Certified CRNAs only (No Board Eligible)

Experience with a wide variety of cases; new grad status not specified

EMR: Cerner

Credentialing/Privileging: 60–90 days

Anesthesia Model:
TBD – Ratio of MDs to CRNAs also TBD

Duties Include:

Conducting pre-anesthetic evaluations and postoperative assessments

Developing and implementing anesthesia care plans

Administering general, regional, spinal, epidural, IV regional block, and MAC anesthesia

Managing airway and performing invasive monitoring (CVP/CVC, pulmonary artery catheterization, intra-arterial lines)

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: Competitive (BID)
