Shift Options:

5 × 8-hour shifts
4 × 10-hour shifts
OR 2 × 8-hour shifts + 2 × 12-hour shifts per week

Case Mix:
All cases, including high-acuity
General bread and butter
Orthopedics, endocrinology, vascular
Heads and hearts
Provider must be comfortable with a wide scope of cases.

EMR: EPIC
Care Model: Care team with ratios of 1:4, 1:3, or 1:2 depending on case complexity
Credentialing: 30–60 days
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license required
