• Begin ASAP - Ongoing
• 3+ week per month
• Monday-Friday: 10-hour shifts (Preferred)
• Occasional weekends
• Beeper call
• Average 2 calls per call period
• Average 10 patients per day
• Types of cases: Ortho, General, Peds, Plastics, ENT, and Gyn
• No Neonates or hearts
