URGENT NEED!

Coverage Reason: Our esteemed client has recently partnered with the F********* Surgical Hospital of San Antonio, and the demand for exceptional care is soaring. In response to this exciting expansion, we seek dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dynamic team. With a transition to a Care Team Model, your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring unparalleled patient experiences.

Number of Positions: 2-3 CRNAs urgently needed to meet the demands of this thriving facility.

Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing

Length of Commitment: A minimum commitment of 3 months is requested, with the possibility of extending up to 6 months or longer. Flexibility in commitment duration is available to accommodate individual preferences and scheduling needs.

Work Schedule: Embrace a Monday-Friday schedule, with both 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available. We require 3 CRNAs for 8-hour shifts (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) and 2 CRNAs for 10-hour shifts (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). Flexibility in scheduling is highly valued to optimize team performance and patient care.

No Call: Enjoy a call-free work environment, allowing you to focus solely on delivering exceptional perioperative care without the interruption of after-hours duties.

Case Types: Delve into a diverse range of surgical procedures, including General, Bariatric, GI, Neuro/Spine, Ortho, ENT, and Pain Management. While the administration of blocks is not mandatory, CRNAs may engage in this practice based on their expertise and patient needs.
