Click to apply now! The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will be responsible for diagnosing care and treat adult patients who present with chronic pain problems in a private clinic setting. Will work both autonomously and in a collaboration with the program's physician and staff to manage these patients. The NP will teach and counsel the patient and family regarding them medical diagnosis and treatment. The NP will work collaboratively with all members of the program, including family, staff and the physician, to ensure continuity of care of the patient.
