Dates coverage is needed: March 2024 - ongoing
Schedule/Shift times: 7am-3:30pm or 7am-7pm
Types of cases: Ortho, healthy peds dental
Optional: OB
Support staff available: 1:4
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days, can be expedited( 4 wks.)
