Compensation: $215K base + $75K sign-on bonus + premium shift pay

💼 What You’ll Do
Deliver expert, compassionate anesthesia care in a wide variety of settings
Rotate through high-acuity specialties with real trauma exposure
Work independently and as part of an elite clinical team
Care for patients of all ages
Collaborate in an academic health system that encourages innovation and growth
🔎 Who We’re Looking For
We’re building a team of 31 passionate CRNAs. You might be a perfect fit if you're:
A soon-to-be graduate (within 1 year) or a licensed CRNA
Intellectually curious, mission-driven, and a team player
Willing to relocate to Richmond (we’ve already hired local—now we’re going national)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, trauma-heavy environment
Committed to lifelong learning and personal growth
Top grades not required. High character is.
💸 What You’ll Get
$215K base salary + $75K sign-on bonus (in lieu of relocation or loan forgiveness)
Premium pay:
3p–7p: +$20/hr
7p–7a: +$35/hr
Saturday: +$30/hr
Weekend overnights: +$40/hr

✅ Must-Haves
Current (or compact) RN license and CRNA certification
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
MSN or higher in progress or completed
Commitment to earning 40 CEUs every 2 years
