CRNA Wanted / Towson, MD

Eye institute seeking Maryland licensed CRNA. to work 7a-3:30p M-F, no nights, no call, no holidays, no weekends. This is an exceptionally high quality of life type position. Eye surgery patients are often very pleased with outcomes and non-complicated, and our schedule affords quite a bit of time off with the surgery center closed on holidays, an additional 6 weeks off, light daily schedule without call, etc. If you don’t enjoy arranging a schedule at various facilities and negotiating hourly rates just to feel scattered and lose more than expected to taxes at the end of the year anyway, then a solid full time job in one location with solid income and full benefits with an easy schedule and no-call might be the ideal fit for you!!!! Please note, for candidates that feel they need to keep skills up in areas other than eye surgery, in our position you are free to moonlight on nights, weekends, holiday, or PTO time in other surgical environments with other types of cases.

Benefits and Compensation

Base salary – Very Competitive. Health, prescription, vision, dental, disability and life insurance. Matching 401K. $1,000 for CME. 6 weeks of PTO. Paid relocation / Signing Bonus up to $15,000. W2 employed, so paid malpractice, paid employer portion of payroll tax, etc.
We may be open to other financial structures, such as a part time commitment a few days per week with a per diem or hourly rate either 1099 or W2. We prefer a full-time employed model with full benefits and a stable long-term high quality of life type role; however, we have also used a variety of alternative arrangements for candidates with less availability. We can discuss as needed. Mal practice insurance will also be covered.

Requirements and Training Needed

This is an ASC for Ophthalmology only. Candidates with ability to do ophthalmic blocks is highly preferred but not required. We will pay for the course if needed, and train onsite until the next course is available. We’re looking to fill a full
