Start Date: May/June
Shifts/Schedule: Felxible

Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
· Patient population/age: pediatrics, adults
· Department Description: Trauma Level 4 Facility
· EMR: Paper Charting
· Skills required: general, adult, peds, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurological, thoracic, complex vascular, complex orthopedic, post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, Use of x-ray guidance in the performance of blocks, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active AK License
· Certifications required: ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
