Locum Anesthesiologist needed in Phoenix area to start ASAP and work 3 to 4 month assignment with option to extend.

Job description

Schedules are typically 7am – 3 pm, 7 am – 5 PM, or 7 am – 7 PM. Typically 40-50 hours week. Provider can pick up weekends too.
General cases including, Ortho, GYN, ENT, OB, URO, some vascular, opth.
Call: Call is 1:4 weekdays (weekday call = late person) and 1:4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
Will rotate between 2 facilities.
Supervision model.
90 days for credentialing. 60 - 75 days.
Charting: E PREOP
