• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's.
• No Call.
• Cases: Gen, Peds, Cardiac, Neuro, OB.
• Patient population/age: 88% adult and 12% peds.
• Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum.
• EMR: Epic.
• DEA needed.
• Credentialing: 30 - 45 days. Must have a clean background for emergency credentials.

• Must have AZ license or compact.
