June 16 7a-7p + 7p-7a beeper call

Support staff: CRNAs
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Dept Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB daily – this will not be a locum.

State license required: Active AZ license
