Anesthesiologist need in Mesa, AZ

Job description

Locum Anesthesiologist needed in Mesa, AZ to start ASAP and work ongoing.

Schedule: 7am – 3 pm, 7 am – 5 PM, or 7 am – 7 PM.
40 - 50 hours per week.
Call: Required. Weekday Call Preferred, 1 day per week not in-house call (6pm-6am). Weekend Call Preferred, 2 weekend days per month 1st call is 6a-6a; 2nd call is 6a-6p
Cases: General Surg, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, Gyn, Plastics (some minimal), ENT, Spine, Vascular, Endo, Blocks and Lines. We do not do Lungs, EP, Cath Lab, Peds or OB.
It is a mixture of both Supervising and doing own cases, our supervision ratio is 1:6.
Will work with CRNA’s 20% of the time.
Level III Trauma.
8-10 OR's and 1-2 Endo rooms.
45 - 60 days for credentialing.
