Contract Length: 26 weeks (Flexible)
Shift Details: *Facility needs a minimum of 2 weeks per month of availability.
10s 12s no call (some beeper coverage)

Work Details:
· Case Volume: anesthesia case volume is approx. 14,300 cases Annually, consisting of, 800 cardiac cases, 9,000 surgical, 2500 obstetrics, 2,000 out of OR cases in GI, Cath lab, intervention radiology

· Department description: Anesthesiology department is diverse, consisting of 12 physicians and over 30 independent-practice CRNAs providing services for up to 16 anesthetizing locations daily to include acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, Cath lab, interventional radiology, a hospital ambulatory surgery center, and a new venture with a local orthopedics surgery center. Must be willing to supervise residents.

· Residency program additional 6 annually, subspecialties include Cardiac, OB, Critical Care, Acute and chronic pain and Peds.

· Hospital bed size: 355-bed hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Yes
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

· Minimum experience required: Anesthesia leadership experience, general anesthesia. 2 years minimum experience. *Must be willing to supervise & work w/ residents

Credentialing Timeframe: 10 weeks, *need a clean background to avoid delayed start facility needs people soon.
