📋 Contract Details
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
🔹 Shift Options: Prefer 12-hour shifts; will consider 10s or 8s
🔹 Coverage Needed: Full-time availability required (40–50 hours per week)
🔹 Call: None
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: May 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 3+ months
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45 days, temporary privileges available
🔹 EMR: Epic

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital – Level I Trauma Center
🔹 Care Model: Medical direction model supervising CRNAs
🔹 Case Mix: General anesthesia for ortho, GYN, general surgery, neuro, ENT, vascular (excluding open heart), GI; no pediatrics
🔹 Procedures: Vent management, central lines, arterial lines, PA catheter placement
🔹 Patient Acuity: Very busy facility with high acuity and multiple comorbidities

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Required
🔹 License: Active California license required
🔹 Experience: Trauma Level I or II experience within the past 2 years required
