Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at an ASC near Middlebury, CT.

Job description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7a-4:00p/5p.
• No Call.
• Cases: Urology, Ortho, Endo, Eyes, Plastics.
• Credentialing: 30-60 days.
• No OT.
• 3 ORs, 2 GI Rooms.
• 2 Physicians, 5 CRNA's.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
