Job description

• Length of need: 3 months with possible extension
• Average Time to Credential: 120 days, Temp/Expedited Privileges with clean file, 45 days
• Shift Days: Mon - Fri, 6:30am - 3:30pm
• Minimum Number of shifts per month: 20
• Types of Cases: General, Vascular, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT, Endo, Pain, IR, Spine, ECT
• Majority Case Type: Ortho, Gen Surgery
• **Beeper Call Only, No In House**
• Must have Active FL License
• Must be Board Certified/ Board Eligible NOT Accepted
• Must be willing to take beeper call

• Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
