Job description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 5x8s or 4x10s - not open to 3x12s; Call required 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month

• Job Setting: Wellness Center

• Types of Cases: General, urology, plastics, radiology, Gastrointestinal focus no trauma, no pediatrics, no Obstetrics

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

• Board Certification required

• USAP | Wellness Center – 3 ANES MD needed – Palm Coast, FL.
• Call required 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month
