JOB-1 DESCRIPTION:
Anesthesiologist need - Okeechobee, FL
Coverage Type
Average Time to Credential: 90 days
Life Support Requirements: ACLS, BLS
Shift Days: Monday thru Friday Days
Shift Times: 7am starts
Call Required: YES (1-2 weeknights per week, can do more if they want)
Weekend Required: YES (1-2 weekends per month, can do more call if they want)
Current Available Shifts: MD will work full time Monday thru Friday, will work 8hour days 7am to 3pm, OT over 8 daily.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• Must have ACTIVE FL License
• Board Certified Required
• Must have open Availability
• Clean Files Only/ No Background
• CV, EPA must be submitted in Presentation
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
• Florida

Locum-2- Physician - Anesthesiologist Lady Lake, FL
JOB-2 DESCRIPTION:
Average Time to Credential: 60-90 days
Types of Cases: Ortho, Eyes, Urology
Shift Days: Monday thru Friday Days
Shift Times: 7a-3p
Specific Dates of Coverage Needed: 9/11-9/15/23.
