Life Support Requirements: ACLS, BLS
MIAMI, FL
Life Support Requirements: ACLS, PALS
Shift Days: Monday - Friday, Five shifts per week
Shift Times: 8 hour shifts
Okeechobee, FL
Majority Case Type: Gen Surg, GI, GU
Life Support Requirements: ACLS, BLS
Call Required: YES (1-2 weeknights per week, can do more if they want )
Weekend Required: YES (1-2 weekends per month, can do more call if they want)
Lady Lake, FL

Length of need: Ongoing
Types of Cases: Ortho, Eyes, Urology
# of Operating Rooms: 2 ORs
Shift Days: Monday thru Friday Days
Shift Times: 7a-3p
Specific Dates of Coverage Needed: 9/11-9/15/23.

Gainesville, FL

Types of cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac done by cardiac MD team
Avg # of monthly cases: 1,800
Avg monthly OB Delivery: 325
EMR: Meditech
Shifts: Monday - Friday either five 8 or four 10-hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm; Weekends and call optional
