Start Date: 1/1/24
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 8a-430p M-F
Cases: General Surgery and Orthopedics, no cardiac
Practice Setting:
· Hospital- Short Term Acute Care
Requirements:
· Board Certification: yes
· State license required: FL
· Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
· Minimum experience required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
T&L covered as well as med mal insur
