Job description

Assignment Details:

- Start: April 1st
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- Cross Credentialing: No cross credentialing
- Schedule: Weekend beeper call shifts. 7 pm on Friday through Monday 7 am
- Length of Assignment: 6-months
- Call Back Details: Occasional weekend work call back (Ex. 8 am - 1 pm)
- Model: Independent practice. Must be able to work solo
- Case Types: Bread and butter, ortho, GI, GS, podiatry, urology (adult and geriatric no peds)
- EMR: Epic
- Travel reimbursement
- Malpractice provided by Anesthesia OnCall
