• End Date: 13 weeks and beyond

Work Details:
• Case mix TBD
• Requirements: Board Certification
• License Required: Active GA license
• 60 days to cred
• Schedule: 40hr/week (5x8 or 4x10)
• No call
• No OT
• Supervisory required
