Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start ASAP and work a 6 month assignment with potential to extend at a facility in Chicago, IL.

Schedule: Monday - Friday. 7a-5p. End time varies depending on cases that are still going and whether the provider is on call.
Cases: General, Neuro, Gyne, Ortho, OB, Uro, Plastics, pain, podiatry, cath lab/EP
need to be able to do OB and blocks and are comfortable supervising CRNAs and SRNAs. We would also like them to take some first call and possible one weekend shift.
Call: Yes, first call potential weekend call as well.
Supervision: We have a medical direction model. However, depending on staffing for the day there is some medical direction and some MDs that do their own cases for the day.
Credentialing: 45 - 60 days.

• All-inclusive Hourly pay + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. Would prefer drive over/local candidates.
• $1,200 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
